Her passion for researching culinary traditions and interesting, healthy foods that can help people improve their lifestyle has led Faustina to collect countless recipes. Combining different flavors and cultures, she proposes simple, healthy, light recipes in a fusion style, flavored by the use of spices, of which many are still little known in Italy.

In England she earned a degree in “Fitness & Health” from Premier UK, always with a focus on cuisine. For a number of years she worked as a researcher and author of cooking shows and recipes for the major Canadian TV network CBC. She also authored a book about the best Canadian cuisine, titled A Little Canadian Cookbook, which is available on amazon.com
